SPI has wide application in food processing industry being a natural emulsifier and stabilizer improving the structure and nutritional value of the product.
Soybean meal untoasted
Defatted SBM untoasted is flake shape soybean meal of bright creme colour (almost white) with a specific to soybean flavour and odor. It is produced from non-GMO soybeans by extractioin of oil with no high temperature toasting. Widely used as a raw material for texturized protein.
Soybean meal toasted
Defatted SBM toasted is flake shape soybean meal of yellow creme colour (yellow to brownish) with a specific to soybean flavour and odor. It is produced from non-GMO soybeans by extractioin of oil and consiquent high temperature toasting. Widely used as a raw material for soy sauce making.
Soybean fiber
is extracted from soybeans by mechanical processing without the use of alcohol extraction. Fiber is a cell material of soybeans and is used as a natural thickener and stabilizer
Soybean flour untoasted
Defatted soybean flour untoasted is a free flowing powder of light cream color, due to being produced by fine milling of untoasted soybean meal (white flakes) it is rich in uncoagulated protein – no less then 53%, this can be used as a raw material for textured protein production.
